    In yoga classes, you stretch, strengthen your muscles, calm down and relax. You will connect with yourself. This will help you concentrate on breathing, focusing in and positioning properly. Nowadays we are always in a rush,. Yoga teaches us to stop and be in the present moment. In regular practice, you will see positive results on your body, mind and soul.

    Each runner should be doing compensation workouts and exercises focused on the core, which help improve the results and strengthen the body. 

     

    This class is an indoor workout in our Running Mall Sport Lounge.

    An intense training circuit program based on economic correct movements with physical and mental strengthening, also combining with crossfit.

    You never know how far you can get unless you give it a try.

    RUN TRAINING
    Capacity: 100

    Join our weekly free Run in the heart of Prague.

    We start together from the Running Mall and come back together. All runners are invited. 

    We will run in 3 different groups, which will be divided according to your pace level. Each group will be leaded by the RunCzech pacemakers and our coaches.

    Routes will cover an average of 4 km up to 10 km, around our two major parks, Stromovka and Letna. We will also surprise you with new locations and make you discover  the secret parts of Prague. 

    We meet every Tuesday on the same time. There will be welcoming info, warm-up, run time, pictures and post-run stretch.

    Come boost your physical and mental condition and be in great shape for the rest of the week, while you meet new people. 

    Hydration and good time is on us.

     

    A free registration is needed. Make sure to book your spot.
