Our professional & experienced coaches can give you the undivided attention and personal advice to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be.

Personal Training Includes:

  • Q&A to discuss goals and workout intentions
  • Running warm-up, style analysis through the principles of the running alphabet
  • Various running exercises - endurance, tempo, speed
  • Cool down run, stretching, relaxation techniques
  • Unlimited use of Sport Lounge on the day of training, entry to seminars and discussions
  • Changing room, locker & key, towel & shower gel service
  • Diagnostic analysis and expert advice from experts at the adidas running – Prague Marathon Store, helping you to choose the correct footwear and training equipment
  • Functional training is also available as personal training sessions!
  • Price: 800 CZK (VAT included) per session
