    In yoga classes, you stretch, strengthen your muscles, calm down and relax. You will connect yourself. This will help you concentrate on breathing, focusing in and positioning properly. Nowadays a person is always in a hurry, yoga teaches us to stop and to be in the present moment. In regular practice, you will see positive results on your body, mind and soul.

    Warning for other visitors Running Mall: For the duration of a running yoga lesson, the Sport Lounge is closed. Keep quiet, please.

  • Circuit traning

    Indoor strength training workout in our Running Mall Sport Lounge.

    Each runner should be doing compensation workouts and exercise focused on the core which help with bettering their results. You can try this with us.

  • Run with FITFAB Strong

    Run with FITFAB Strong will be conducted by Andy, Andrejka and Niki.

    The training is designed for all who want to try running in a group, who do not like running themselves, who lack motivation not only to run but also to move in general, but also to those who want to meet with us at the beginning of 2020, talk and sport and is completely free.

    Depending on the performance you give us in the application form, we will divide the participants into two groups.


    After the run you can look forward to talking with Andy, who will tell you the secret of keeping New Year's motivation not only in January, but throughout the year.
