Hatha yoga

We are launching a new activity for you - hatha yoga lessons.

 

In order to feel good and be able to achieve our not only sports goals, we need our body to be in balance. Athletes usually have very strong muscles, but they lack flexibility. And that’s where yoga can significantly help. During a hatha yoga lesson, we will focus on stretching the body, but we will also strengthen those muscles you may not even know you have in your body. All in accordance with the breath and your current possibilities.
