It is a form of strenght and flexibility training that can be done by  all of us , at any fitness level or age. It is a series of non-impact  exercises to develop balance and Inner awareness.

It works on our inner muscles, which are often  forgotten while working out with weights or on gym machinery. It lengthens muscles  without creating bulk. Helps with our correct posture and makes our everyday movements easier and our bodies toned and esthetically more beautiful. 

It can be practiced as a unique activity or adding it like a compenzation to other sport. Our strenght comes from our core which is mainly composed by our  upright, oblique and transverse abdominals.This type of excercise warms up our muscles by just correct breathing technique.
