Personal training

Want to start running properly? Not sure about the right style and have a lot of questions running around in your head? Are you too busy to make time for the regular group workouts? Take the opportunity to arrange an individual training.

Personal training includes:

  • initial warm-up, running alphabet - emphasis on proper running style
  • running exercises - volume, tempo, speed
  • trotting, stretching, relaxation
  • unlimited use of the Sport Lounge on the day of training, access to seminars or talks (currently unavailable)
  • use of all Running Mall facilities 
  • counseling, diagnosis of running style, recommendation of suitable footwear and other equipment, training recommendations
  • price: 800 CZK per training unit (approx. 1 hour)
  • we recommend at least 3 individual training sessions (discount 200 CZK)
  • when you buy 10 individual training sessions you get the 10th training session for free
