A long week deserves a long run. Join the group and you won’t notice the minutes flying by! Friday´s training is characterized by easier tempo. If you are a regular runner, you will enjoy it. And, we choose tracks, that cannot be boring. Simultaneously we focus on the correct running style. Join the class as well!

In the case of interest, we can extend this training up to 110 minutes, because of Saturday´s training has been cancelled due the insufficient interest.
