    For those with the need for speed. The advice and style of this training session will get you to the finish line quicker. But we are doing more thank only "faster" kilometres. We focus on the warm-up, running excersises, after the training we stretch well.

    The first Salads evening in July has been very succesful. So we decided to prepare for you even the second event for the last Thursday in August. You can bring your favorite food, our cooperating nutritionist Jakub Podaný will help you to prepare healthy and tasty dinner. And we will enjoy a fun together!
