Come on Monday to practice running technique and style. Tailored made training for you is on Thursday.

Refreshing running lecture on a short circuits. Simple strengthening exercises will follow that after coming back to Running Mall.
Proper warm-up and running exercises in combination with short easy run and decent stretching that is Thursday running session.

Fartlek: 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 minute
Intervals: 4 x 400 m,  4 x 300 m, 4 x 200 m, 4 x 100 m
