Those who focus to run a Half Marathon (take running seriosly) Running Mall brings quit amount of running technique on Monday, every Tuesday than training for speed improvement. And we will meet again on Friday for a long run.

Intervals: 4 x 400 m,  4 x 300 m, 4 x 200 m, 4 x 100 m
