STRETCH – STRENGTH – CONTROL

 

In Pilates we focus on those three elements. By taking classes regularly you will improve your flexibility, strength, balance, control and breathing. The goal of this low-impact class is to find your body’s alignment while maintaining a strong, lean body in order to enjoy your every day activities, without pain.
