We are starting an 11-week preparation for the Sportisimo Prague Half Marathon, which will be extended by five weeks and will also be trained for the Volkswagen Prague Marathon (May 3). It does not matter if you are going to improve your time or stand in the start corridor for the first time. Honza Pernica prepared 4 training plans for 4 types of competitors according to his ambitions and current performance. Each participant can work on their own goals.

"WINNER"
Runner who starts from the first line at all times. He practices 7 days a week and his main criterion of success is his time. It also trains strictly in the measured load zones.

"RUNNING TEMPO"
A runner who cares about quality performance in the race but does not have to finish in the dark. He practices at least 5 times a week and also watches his pace.

"RUNNING FOR JOY"
Runner who enjoys races above all. It is not as important to him as he can do everything without problems and often with a smile on the finish line. He doesn't even want to squeeze in the training and often adapts to the pace of the group.

"RUNNING FOR THE FIRST TIME"
A runner who does not yet know the limits of his possibilities and wants to discover them through the race. His main goal is to finish the race in health. He is only learning the methods of running training and how to listen to his body. He is not in a hurry and is characterized by running temperance.

Each participant will receive a CARD RUNNING CARD on his / her first training, where a personalized training plan based on the performance of the group will be personalized. The Runner Card will also be used to collect points while participating in the practice sessions. Take part in the five major Tuesday training sessions and take part in the draw for interesting prizes such as Runczech series BIBs, the latest adidas running shoes, adidas running outfit and much more…

In addition to training, we have prepared for you a series of workshops on various topics: nutrition, regeneration, mindset… Gradually we will add the dates of each seminar.

All trainings and workshops will be free of charge, the only condition for participation is to log in through the application ADIDAS RUNNING (formerly Runtastic), through which you can also measure your running performance! Capacity for trainings and workshops is limited, so do not forget to register in time.

MORE INFORMATION:
- Changing rooms and showers are available in RUNBASE and RUNNING MALL in limited capacity. Therefore, only the first 60 runners will have access to them. Postponing personal belongings will be possible for everyone.
