    What is interval training?
    Interval training is a type of physical activity that involves short intensive, physically demanding performance.
    The high intensity alternates at intervals with the rest portion, which may include complete rest or lower intensity of activity.
    Interval workout we train pace, speed and endurance.
    If you want a better time to race, this is a very good way.
    Everyone needs to be able to run at least 3 km in a row at a speed of 5 min/km.
